Returns and refunds

You may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction if something you bought isn’t working, isn’t what you expected, was bought by accident, or you changed your mind about the purchase. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help. If your refund is approved you will lose access to the content.

Note: If you request a refund for a subscription, you'll also need to cancel the subscription. 

Within 2 hours of purchase
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Menu > Account > Order history.
3. Find "DVO".
4. Tap Refund to complete your refund and uninstall the app.

Note: You can only return an app for a refund once. If you buy it again you will not be able to get a refund.

Within 48 hours of purchase

You’ll usually get a decision within 15 minutes, but it can take up to two business days.

After 48 hours or more
If 48 hours have passed, the decision to grant a refund lies solely at our discretion.
1. Open the DVO app.
2. Tap Menu > Feedback.
3. In the email, please explain reason(s) for requesting a refund.
