Error:

Regrant failed: Please log in with the same user that has bought the app


Solution:

1. Launch the App Store app and navigate to the Featured tab.

2. Scroll down until you see your Apple ID. 

3. Tap on your Apple ID and sign out.

4. Uninstall the DVO app.

5. Sign in again with your Apple ID. Make sure this is the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.

6. Reinstall the DVO app.

If the issue is unresolved, proceed with these steps:

7. In the DVO app, navigate to the Settings screen.

8. Tap on My Account > Restore Purchases.

9. Sign in with your Apple ID. Make sure this is the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
